Why to Choose ODEN

The Ontario Disability Employment Network (ODEN) is a leader in capacity building and development of Employment Service Provider (ESP) teams.

ODEN’s ESP training programs are specifically designed for the needs of organizations that offer employment services for job seekers who have a disability. All our courses are designed with the most up-to-date information gathered from research, data, promising practices, and stakeholders in the private, public and non-profit sectors.

We have a reputation for excellence and strive to maintain that by continuously improving, adapting and adding to our training materials.

“Excellent training. My confidence has increased, and I am up for the challenge of speaking with employers on inclusive hiring and implementing job coaching in to my skill set.”
