Kimberly brings an extensive background in employment, operational leadership, recruitment, program design and delivery, with experience working in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
Through her professional, volunteer and personal experiences, Kimberly has had the privilege of assisting people with disabilities to secure meaningful employment, in addition to, hiring and supporting employers with the successful full cycle recruitment, and supportive training, of individuals with diverse backgrounds and talents. She is an advocate for seeing the ability in all people, and is dedicated to educating people about the many benefits of inclusive hiring from a business case perspective.
Kimberly has been recognized for her work and contributions to the successful program development and delivery of provincial employment programs, in addition to, hosting workshops to create awareness and educate employers about the positive business impacts that hiring individuals with a disability can make. In 2016, Kimberly was nominated for a regional “Service Excellence” Award, and was part of a team that won a Provincial “Leadership & Innovation” Award in 2015.
